Kelly,
I
followed your ideas from our initial consultation and painted the areas
the colors you
prescribed. The furniture and
decorating choices you made later for each area gave the house
definition and clarity
both room by room and throughout.
To think a common house in C section of Rohnert Park could look so
inviting was a
treat for the neighbors that came in
to look around. A few were so impressed they took pictures of some
areas with the
idea that they would like to do
likewise in there homes. Most of all, I showed the house for the first
time over a weekend
and by midweek received multiple
offers, all above the asking price. I signed an offer five days after
the house was
shown, being in the fortunate
position of being offered $31,000 above the asking price by a highly
qualified buyer.
The house closed three weeks later.
I
would not hesitate to highly recommend you and Star Staging. I feel
that the return on the cost of
having you stage the house far outweighed the expense and in this day
and age it is such a
rare experience.
